WE NEED EACH ATHLETE TO SELL AT LEAST 10 items. Ask each parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle and close friend to buy one or two items. ASK YOUR PARENTS TO BRING THE BROCHURE TO WORK. Thank them for their help!
All money MUST be collected with orders. Make sure you have double checked your orders with the money collected. Please turn in the COMPLETED order forms including ALL money on your scheduled uniform handout day. Any paperwork should also be done on this day. A parental Consent form, a 2017 Doctors note and a copy of the player's birth certificate is needed to play in the 2016 season. All fittings are done at the football shack, Legion Feild (Regan Rd.)
Mon. July 17th A Team Football AND Cheer Uniform Fitting 6-8pm
Tue. July 18th B Team Football AND Cheer Uniform Fitting 6-8pm
Wed. July 19th C Team Football AND Cheer Uniform Fitting 6-8pm
Thu. July 20th MM Team Football AND Cheer Uniform Fitting 6-8pm
Make all checks payable to Vernon Youth Football and Cheer. It is important that all orders be turned in on time. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TOTALS AND PAYMENT AMOUNTS ARE CORRECT!! All orders need to be handed in by July 20th.
Prizes will be awarded. Those selling more than 20 items will receive a Vernon Vipers Sling Bag. The player that sells the most will get a Vernon Vipers Sweatshirt.
DELIVERY WILL BE THURSDAY AUGUST 17th 5-7PM. PLEASE PICK YOUR FUNDRAISER ITEMS ON THIS DAY AT THE SNACK SHACK....REMEMBER YOU HAVE ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE IN THE FREEZER!
